We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80.00 CAD (after discounts, before tax) or more (unless specified differently as part of a limited time promotional offer), before any applicable taxes.
Orders under $80.00 CAD
Standard shipping (3-8 business days): $14.00 CAD.
Expedited shipping (1-2 business days): $25.00 CAD.
Within The USA
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60.00 USD. (after discounts, before tax) or more (unless specified differently as part of a limited time promotional offer), before any applicable taxes.(Important: All USA orders may be subject to local duties and taxes, but we got you covered.)
Orders under $60.00 USD
Standard shipping (3-8 business days): $8.00 USD.
Expedited shipping (1-2 business days): $15.00 USD.
Shipping times start once an order has left our warehouse. Orders are generally processed and shipped within one business day. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Due to high volume periods during new launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: Limited time promotions such as "free shipping", "$0 shipping site-wide", "free shipping over $80", or similar, only apply to standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping fees will still apply if those shipping options are selected at checkout, unless otherwise specified in the promotion.
Note to Canadian Customers: Orders shipping to the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut will not qualify for our free standard ground shipping offer and may incur additional shipping charges.
Note to USA Customers: We are currently unable to ship to addresses such as Guam, United States Virgin Islands, Northern Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe and Armed Forces Pacific. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will not qualify for our free standard ground shipping offer and may incur additional shipping charges.
Return & Exchange Policy
At tuff., we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you've purchased, you have 30 days from the date of your shipping confirmation email to request a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
*Please note that we offer Free Exchanges, however, there is a $10 return processing fee for All Returns.

tuff. is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of everything we make. However, from time to time, manufacturing faults can occur. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us.
Please note: Items that are damaged due to excessive wear or long-term use are not considered faulty.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to be transferred and for the transaction to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Please note: Any shipping fees incurred are non-refundable.
