We offer free shipping on all orders over $80 CAD & $60 USD (after discounts, before tax), unless specified differently as part of a limited time promotional offer.
Delivery
Standard shipping (3-8 business days).
Expedited shipping (2-3 business days).
Important: No hidden fees. All tariffs, duties, and broker fees are covered.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you've purchased, you have 30 days from the date of your shipping confirmation email to request a return or exchange. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for regular priced items (NOT Final Sale) in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
*Please note that we offer free exchanges, however, there is a $10 return processing fee for all returns.
Holiday Returns & Exchanges:
All orders placed between November 24 and December 14 qualify for extended holiday returns and exchanges. Items may be returned or exchanged through January 15. Final sale items are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
